how do YOU eat your sunflower seeds? EXPLAINE with DETAILS

I eat them whole!!! pop and chomp!

errr i grab a seed with my right hand.. then i bite the smaller end vertically.. then i use my tongue to split the seed open.. then i use my tongue to take out the seed. then i throw away the shell
