That was straight from a book that I found online, explains the background of kaizen. And that paragraph says it all. This isnt just MY team any one persons team, but this is EVERYONES team and we all have something to put into it if we want it to work out. Nothing but improvement and thats what each and every one of is after. Not only in the car scene, but life in general. YES, kaizen is "mainly" made for a work place, but if you look outside the box...it can be used towards life. And what I feel, that kaizen means to improve everything that YOU want. I just hope all of you understand what Im talking about and I hope you all agree and back me up. If not, let me know if Im wrong or if I left something out!!!
